Steps to restart Castle device:
1. Press and hold bottom button on right side of castle device for about a second
2. Click Restart
3. Wait for device to restart
4. At start – the bottom of screen will show 2 options:
a. ARUS
b. Quickstep
5. Click Use ARUS, and if available, choose As Home ALWAYS
a. Do Not choose Quick Step
6. Click Tap to Begin
7. Device will be activated + updated
8. Click Freedompay’s CX app
9. CX app will start + check for updates
a. If needed, click Skip while timer is counting down for updates
10. flo Serve will open and you can now sign in and use app
