1. Troubleshooting

   - Each printer has a QR code. Scan the QR code to access troubleshooting steps specific to your model.

   - Follow the on-screen instructions provided after scanning the QR code to resolve common issues.

   - Restart the tablet to refresh the connection if data is not functioning. Note that the devices connect via Cellular not wi-fi.


2. Support or Equipment Replacement

   - Contact Ecolab Support Call 877-603-1187, select Option 1.

   You will need to provice the following

     - Company Name: OTG Management

     - Location Name: 

     - Shipping Address: (If replacement is needed)

     - Your Contact Information: Name, email, and phone number for tracking and communication purposes.

     - Printer Type: Specify whether the printer is Zebra, Flex, or Brother.

     - Tablet Type ANDROID


Ecolab will provide replacement equipment if necessary.  If a Printer Replacement is needed, Request a Flex printer as the preferred model.


- You will be provided a ticket number for tracking purposes
