Add Awardco for Outlook as an Email Action

You can add Awardco to the quick actions of an email so that it is always readily accessible.

  1. Open an email.

 

 

  1. Click the ellipses (...) icon in the top right corner of the email actions.

  2. Click “Customize actions.”

  3. Select the checkbox next to “Awardco” and click “Save.”

 

 

Recognize in Awardco for Outlook

To send a recognition using Awardco within Outlook:

  1. Open an email. Outlook requires an email to be selected and open for the integration to function.

  2. Click the Awardco quick action (as configured in the steps above) or click the icon with four squares to open the apps menu, then click “Awardco for Outlook.”

 

 

  1. If you haven't connected your Awardco account to Outlook, you will need to do so:

  • Click “Connect.”

 

 

  • Click “Accept.”

 

  1. Select the person you want to recognize.

 

 

  1. Select a recognition program (if available).

 

 

  1. Write your recognition message and answer any other questions in the recognition form.

 

  1. Submit your recognition.
