Please follow the basic troubleshooting steps below . 

 

  1. Disconnect All Accessories
    • Ensure the TV is plugged into a working outlet.
  2. Verify Charger
    • Try a different outlet
    • Reseat charging cable (verify the light turns on)
    • Try a different charger
    • Plug charge in for 30 minutes to ensure laptop had adequate charge
  3. Power
    • Disconnect the charger for 30 seconds, plug back in
    • Press and hold the power button for 15 seconds
    • Shift + Control + Option keys on the left side of the keyboard, along with the power button, for 10 seconds
