Please follow the basic troubleshooting steps below .

Disconnect All Accessories
- Ensure the TV is plugged into a working outlet.

Verify Charger
- Try a different outlet
- Reseat charging cable (verify the light turns on)
- Try a different charger
- Plug charge in for 30 minutes to ensure laptop had adequate charge

Power
- Disconnect the charger for 30 seconds, plug back in
- Press and hold the power button for 15 seconds
- Shift + Control + Option keys on the left side of the keyboard, along with the power button, for 10 seconds
