Introduction: PAS 10th Floor Large and PAS 14th Large conference rooms are equipped with Logitech equipment, specifically tailored for seamless integration with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Webex. This guide aims to ensure that your meetings are set up and ready to launch with just 'one click'.


E-mail/room address:


Microsoft Team:

  • Simply tag the desired room with the appropriate location label, following the examples provided.
  • Please ensure that the "Team Meeting" option is checked.



Zoom:

  • Simply tag the desired room with the appropriate location label, following the examples provided.




Webex: 

  • Please tag the desired room on "Invitees", following the examples provided.



For a meeting by third parties:

Please request your vendors to add the address above as attendees or invitees.






If the meeting is tagged, you can simply click on "Join."


Otherwise, for Microsoft Team Meetings, click on "More" and then select "join with ID." For Zoom and Webex meetings, tagging is required.





New features: Proximity meeting

If you are currently on a Microsoft Teams video call on your iPhone and require a room, you can simply walk to either the 10th Large or 14th Large rooms and add the room to the call without disconnecting.

        

 

Please tag the room that you want to join. This feature is currently only available on iPhone, but it will be added to the latest updated Microsoft Teams version soon. Thank you
