FAQ:

  1. The TV is displaying "no signal." To resolve this, please use the Samsung remote and click on 'Source.' HDMI 2 is designated for Logitech, while HDMI 3 is for Apple TV.
  2. The Logitech Tap is off, the white block (POE Injector) for Logitech under the table is also off. Please make sure it is turning on.
  3. If there are issues connecting the Logitech Tap and/or Logitech Table Hub, ensure that the white CAT6 cables are properly plugged in. 
    There are two wires: one marked black-pink for the Logitech Tap and another marked black for the Logitech Table Hub.
  4. For detailed instructions for users, refer the users to the QR manual available on the table and in each corner of the room.

  5. IP 10.100.200.223 - If necessary, you can remotely reboot devices using the IP address. All the credentials required can be found in 1Password.
  6. Last survival:
    1. There is a CAT5e wire running from the cabinet to the table. While not ideal, it can serve as a backup in case the CAT6 connection is down.

    2. There are HDMI over CAT on 10th floor IT closet. Please use it over CAT6 for the best performance.
