There are two types of screens:

                                                   ClickShare Darco                                                                                                                       Logitech Rally


Note: You will see "Clickshare" on the bottom of "Welcome to PAS 10th Fl Large"


You can switch between the screens by clicking "Stop sharing" and "Share" on the tablet.



Troubleshooting general:

There is QR scanning everywhere; wall and tables. i.e.

The conference call:

  1. Upon scanning the QR code, you will be directed to the following link:  https://scribehow.com/shared/How_to_use_a_meeting_device_10fl_Floor__sp8v1qY2RhuQjWOwuXhtKQ
  2. Your current screen does NOT affect your ability to access the meeting; it will seamlessly connect you.
  3. The event organizer is responsible for appropriately tagging the event with "PAS10thFloorLargeConfRoom"
  4. This tagging process typically takes 1-5 minutes, after which the information will be visible on the tablet screen.
  6. Simply click "Join"


The presentation mode (Darco/ClickShare):

  1. For detailed instructions for users, refer the users to the QR manual available on the table.

  2. To access Darco Clickshare functionality, ensure that you are currently on the Darco Clickshare screen. If you need to switch screens, please refer to the previous section titled 'The screen'
  3. It's important to note that you do not require a dongle unless you are not connected to the OTG network. If you are utilizing the OTG Guest Network, a dongle is necessary for connectivity.


Deeper troubleshooting;

if you don't see both screens above. Please stop the task if you see one of the two screens above

  1. Kindly ensure that the television is powered on. Please utilize the provided Samsung remote control and select the "Source" option
  2. HDMI 2 is Darco + Logitech, HDMI 3 = cable box
  3. 10.100.200.164 = Logitech Bar, 
    10.100.200.94 = Logitech Tap,
    10.100.207.104 = Clickshare
    All credentials are in 1Password
  4. Last survival:

    1. There are two blue color CAT6 running from the cabinet to the table. 

    2. There are HDMI over CAT on 10th floor IT closet. Please use it over CAT6 for the best performance.
