You have been assigned Team ownership for a Microsoft Team . You are responsible for the management and upkeep of the site. In order to limit the number of sites and avoid confusion. most sites are generic and are open to allow all OTG email address holders to join the Group. You may limit specific access using Private Channels, a Private Channel will allow you to limit content to a few specific users. You will need to manage the users and access as required.

- Test the site and request any changes through the IT Group
- Once complete and tested please invite the appropriate team members to your group.
